Spare’s Open Sales Roles

Account Executive (AE):

As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and leveraging your expertise in our products and industry. You will manage negotiations, build a robust pipeline, and close new business deals through strategic outreach and collaboration.

Account Manager (AM):

As an Account Manager, you will focus on nurturing and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Your expertise will help you identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and expanding the use of Spare’s products, while also educating customers on new features and benefits.

Sales Manager (SM):

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, setting targets and guiding them to success. Your role will involve supporting the entire sales process, from discovery calls to closing deals, as well as recruiting and training top talent to join your team.

  • Spare works with our industry's most innovative transit authorities like CapMetro, DART & PSTA. We are experts in everything from small rural on-demand services, complex brokerage models to large ADA Paratransit.

2. How is the sales team divided at Spare?

Our direct sales team consists of:

  • Account Executives: Focus on acquiring new clients across segments such as mid-market, enterprise, etc.
  • Account Managers: Drive expansion and growth within existing accounts.
  • Sales Managers: Oversee AEs and AMs, supporting the entire sales process from discovery to deal closure.

Other closely collaborating teams include:

  • Business Development Representatives: Handle prospecting and outreach, working closely with AEs.
